I've ordered 11 dungeons 4 weeks ago. I have made 9 by myself, 1 was made by Chupacabra (Shards of Orr - very nice run, very friendly - A++) and 1 by Astro (Cathedral of Flames - nice run - A+). I have written to several runners almost each day. One says he don't plays gw at all (No Fear Bos Ranger ) others never had time in 4 weeks..
This is not a good average for a running service, sry.
Honestly i would not really recommend it.
